Personalized health support

As a Quartz member, you have access to a Quartz Well Health Consultation at no extra cost. You’ll get personalized support to help you take the next step in your health and well-being. During your consultation, we can help you:

  • Build a health plan based on your goals
  • Assist with establishing or connecting with a primary care provider
  • Review preventive screenings you may need
  • Use Quartz Well Rewards, including earning points, syncing a device, and redeeming rewards
  • Arrange follow-up sessions with a health coach, who can help you achieve long-term health goals

After your consultation, you’ll get guidance on completing your Quartz Well Health Assessment. Once you’re done with the assessment, you’ll earn 2,000 Quartz Well Rewards points and receive a personalized report with your health score, resources, and recommendations.
